But they aren’t the only ways! The most overlooked and underrated form of progress is MENTAL PROGRESS. And this looks different for everyone. Some people struggle with the discipline and motivation to exercise—some with performance anxiety or self-control around food or food anxiety. That’s why it is essential to measure progress in your mental, emotional and behavioral changes. Because if we don’t improve our mindset first, our results and physical and performance gains will be short-lived.
